Tashan Duff


  • Owner/Physical Therapist

    Dr. Duff has been providing Charlotte Physical Therapy since his arrival to the city in 2018. Dr. Duff is a Sports and Orthopedic Physical Therapist with certifications in Strength and Conditioning, Dry Needling, Athletic Emergency Response and more. He has developed the clinic’s Golf Rehab program to meet the needs of golfers in the Charlotte Metro. He also excels in Physical Therapy for runners and services athletes from many levels. He has served as the Physical Therapist for West Charlotte and Harding University High Schools. Dr. Duff now blends his knowledge of Strength and Conditioning with Rehab Concepts to help active individuals of all ages.

  • Operations Manager

    Lacear is the grand visionary behind Recovery In Motion. She is responsible for daily operations as well as community relations. Lacear performs patient interactions and partnership correspondence. Lacear has over 10 years of experience in small business administration and banking. She is a great asset to the team!
